Meet owner and founder Cynthia Romain, who has had a passion for haircare since I was 9 years old.

When I recovered from COVID-19 in March 2021, I experienced hair loss a month later. It was a terrifying time for me. There was no better time to try out the Klere Hair oil formula that I'd been working on. To my surprise, the oil helped curb most of my hair loss by protecting my strands and nourishing my scalp. This product proved to be so effective that now, I shed even less hair than I normally did before I got sick. I said “God…it is time”.

I’m Jennifer Ramos, born in New York but raised in Colombia so my wearable art brings both worlds together. The name Karonka stems from a region in the northern desert of Guajira.

 My wearable art is like entering a land of fairies and magical landscapes, bright feathered birds, natural trellising vines, and the deep and rich colors of the forest. Unique styles hand painted and embellished with glass beads, palm fronds, wire, and bits of leather to form fantasy art that you can express your joy for life. I create all the pieces in my studio and many of the elements I use are made by indigenous women of Colombia.
